Development land at Jalan Delima, Imbi, Kuala Lumpur

The rapidly gentrifying area of Jalan Inai and Jalan Delima in Imbi is now a highly sought after area for young urbanites and for developers.

 

DBKL has zoned this area under its draft plan into an Amalgamation Area allowing higher plot ratio (above 1:4) to encourage redevelopment of the existing old bungalows, some of which are vacant and dilapidated.

For the next few decades, this will be the new KL, the major financial district and the most exciting of retail attraction and desirable of urban residential addresses.
